Stand Schoolchildren of the World

This Day allowed humanitarian associations to present their actions and offer activities to the public.

Volunteers from Ecoliers du Monde were present for this awaited day.

The main activity offered on our association's stand was the creation of Mandalas. This activity mobilized the attention of young people and adults who worked hard to create beautiful patterns..

Ephemeral works but which are photographed will allow us to keep a good memory of this day and the meetings made.

It was also an opportunity to explain our commitments and the help provided to the children of Nepal to enable their schooling in good conditions..

Numerous warm meetings will undoubtedly make it possible to find new members and sponsors in our association..

Appointment made for next year!

Stand Schoolchildren of the World

The word “mandala” comes from Sanskrit, In the sacred language of the Brahmins of India, this word means “Sacred Circle”. Thus the mandala is a circular geometric figure centered around a central point and completed with symbolic colors which reproduce the universe. Traditionally Mandalas are made with sand of different colors delicately placed on the different parts of the design.

Creating a Mandala allows you to increase your concentration and disconnect from the present.
